Dr. Tilman Eichstädt has been a member of FÖS since 2015 and has served on the Supervisory Board since 2021. At the same time, he has been working for HelloFresh since 2016, where, as COO Upstream, he is responsible for organizing supply chains for Europe and Australia as well as sustainability management. A key issue here is how to make food and the necessary supply chains more sustainable. From 2014 to 2019, Tilman taught as a professor of logistics and supply chain management at the bbw University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. Prior to that, he worked in management consulting and spent three years as head of purchasing and logistics in the production of solar modules. He is an economist by training with a focus on microeconomics, but holds a doctorate in business administration.
