Environmental Financial Reform
With an environmental financial reform, we are using fiscal policy and taxation to redirect towards a sustainable and fair economy and society - by reducing subsidies that harm the environment and society, by placing our tax system on a broader basis and by making the consumption of resources and the burden on the climate more expensive. The additional revenue should be used sustainably for investments in the future and social justice.

| Publicationabstract | Bei der EEG-Novelle hat die Bundesregierung ihren Referentenentwurf nun um die umstrittenen Punkte Eigenstrom und Besondere Ausgleichsregelung erweitert. Die vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen sind ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung, um die Kosten der Energiewende gerechter und breiter zu verteilen, gehen aber nicht weit genug, um vor allem die Industrie in angemessener Weise in die Pflicht zu nehmen. Die konkreten Kritikpunkte und Änderungsvorschläge hat das FÖS in einer Stellungnahme an das BMWI geschickt. |
